  • Political & Social satire platform based in India with a target audience of ‘Digital Generation’. The platform aims to make politics/social issues easier to digest

  • Researched past content to study the content creator and the audience to create a baseline to start from

  • Researched and analyzed current content and audience based on Audience Analytics data

  • Assessed the gaps in current ads strategy to identify and target research projects to tackle and influence the direction of content development and monetization

  • Analyzed the Market Research and Content Analytics data to develop new ideas for content creation and promotion

  • Designed promotional campaigns to launch across multiple social media platforms to attract the audience to the primary source - YouTube

  • Created guidelines for Brand Safety Analysis and Google Adsense based on the YouTube Community Guidelines

  • Developed and implemented content creation strategies to increase viewership

  • Developed strategies to build brand loyalty and make them proponents of the product
